Revisions and Edits/alts
-1 free round of revisions, I'm much more forgiving about this limit during the sketch stage. $20 minimum for revisions after the first round.

-other alts will cost an extra 10% -25%
Payments
-Payment can be through venmo, paypal, wise, or cashapp
-Up-front payment preferred
-$20 additional charge for any payment plans other than paying up front
-Progress on artwork may be withheld until final payment is made

-taxes are already included in these prices for the sake of simplicity-extra charges for complexity are at my discretion
-projects that dont fit in with my other work may cost more
-private commissions will cost more
-character design will cost extra but I will also be more lenient with revisions.Rules

-haggling is discouraged,
-unsolicited dick pics and any other forms of harassment will result in the project being cancelled without refund (ill ask you to stop first)
-be patient, I keep my prices low by keeping a minimal overhead.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between the independent artist ("Artist") and the client ("Client") for the purpose of commissioning artwork. By engaging the services of the Artist, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:Commissioned Artwork:
a. The Client will provide a detailed description of the desired artwork, including subject matter, style, size, and any specific requirements.
b. The Artist will provide a price quote for the commission based on the provided specifications.
c. Once the price and details are agreed upon, the Artist will commence work on the commission.Payment:
a. The Client agrees to pay the Artist the agreed-upon price for the commission. Payment can be made through an agreed-upon method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually acceptable means.Revisions and Modifications:
a. The Artist will provide the Client with periodic updates on the progress of the artwork.
b. The Client may request reasonable revisions or modifications during the creation process, subject to the Artist's discretion.
c. Significant changes or additional requests may incur additional fees, which will be agreed upon by both parties.Intellectual Property:
a. The Artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including copyrights, unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. The Artist grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as displaying it in their home or sharing it on social media. The Client may not reproduce or sell the artwork without explicit permission from the Artist.
c. The Artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, online galleries, or promotional materials.Delivery and Ownership:
a. The Artist will deliver the completed artwork to the Client in a mutually agreed-upon format (e.g., digital file, physical print).
b. Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the artwork pass to the Client upon delivery, unless otherwise specified.
c. The Artist is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping or handling.Cancellation and Refunds:
a. The Client may cancel the commission at any time. However, the artist has discretion on any refunds on a case-by-case basis.
b. If the Artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, they will refund any payments received.Confidentiality:
a. Both the Artist and the Client agree to keep all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the commission process confidential.
b. The Artist may use the Client's name (or pseudonym) in connection with the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise requested.Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Artist is based. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.By commissioning artwork from the Artist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
